Afghanistan National Laws on Child Rights
The status of the CRC in Afghan law remains unclear. While Article 7 of the Constitution obligates the Government to observe ratified international human rights treaties and Article 94 arguably recognises these treaties as a source of law, no provision explicitly clarifies the status of international instruments in the national legal system.

Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) is Responsible for the detention of children and regulation of conditions for children in detention and juvenile rehabilitation centers. It Leads a Commission against human smuggling.
